Part 1. Engineering Consultants Professional Indemnity Scheme

This part is catered for Professional Engineering Consultancy Firms. Specifically, it is meant for:
i. Professional Engineering Firms carrying out professional engineering services, whether by way of a sole-proprietorship, partnership, limited liability partnership, limited liability corporation, unlimited liability corporation.
ii. Individual Professional Engineers who are carrying out professional engineering services for a fee on a consulting basis and who are not acting in the capacity of a principal/ partner/ director/ employee of any Professional Engineering Firm or any other Firm/Company. E.g. Individual Accredited Checkers

Part 2. Employed Engineers Professional Indemnity Scheme

This part catered only to Individuals who are NOT principals/ partners/ director/ employee of any Professional Engineering Firms.
Specifically, it is meant for engineers who are employed under other organizations, e.g. builders, statutory boards, educational institutions etc.
Limit of indemnity is fixed at limit of indemnity: S$200,000 only
